Community Rules
At Njioo, we believe in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where everyone can share ideas, stories, and creativity. To ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all members, we ask that each community follows these basic guidelines. Community creators can set additional rules specific to their group, but the following are universal across Njioo.
General Guidelines
- Respect Others
- Treat all members with kindness and respect. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Spamming
- Avoid excessive self-promotion or irrelevant content. Keep posts meaningful and relevant to the community's focus.
- Follow Community-Specific Rules
- Each community may have its own set of additional rules. Make sure to read and follow the rules for any group you join.
- Post Original Content
- Share your own work or give proper credit to others if you're sharing something created by someone else. Plagiarism or unauthorized reposting of content is prohibited.
- Stay on Topic
- Keep discussions focused on the community's theme. Off-topic posts may be removed by moderators.
- No Offensive or Inappropriate Content
- Avoid posting content that is offensive, violent, explicit, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, harmful language, images, or media.
- Respect Privacy
- Do not share personal information without consent, and respect others’ privacy. Never post sensitive details about yourself or others.
- Report Violations
- If you see content that violates these rules, report it to the community moderators or the Njioo team. We aim to keep Njioo a safe space for everyone.
Community Moderation
- Community Owners & Moderators
Each community is managed by its creator and moderators. They are responsible for enforcing the community’s rules and ensuring discussions remain healthy and on-topic. - Custom Rules
Community owners can set additional rules specific to their group. Make sure to review these before participating. - Warnings & Bans
Moderators may issue warnings or bans to members who violate community rules. Repeated violations can result in being removed from the community or, in extreme cases, banned from Njioo.
Content Guidelines
- Media Sharing
- You’re free to share various media types (images, videos, podcasts), but they must comply with Njioo's content rules. Inappropriate or offensive media will be removed.
- No Illegal Content
- Do not post content that promotes illegal activities or violates any laws. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material without permission.
- Constructive Discussions
- While debates and discussions are encouraged, keep them constructive. Avoid trolling, flaming, or intentionally derailing conversations.
Njioo’s Role
We want Njioo to be a fun, safe place for everyone. Our team monitors the platform to ensure that the rules are being followed across all communities. If violations are reported, we’ll review the content and take appropriate action.
Thank you for being part of Njioo and helping us build a positive, creative community!
